Spanish Onion. A perfect mild sweet onion with a long shelf life. Large, 3-4” white bulbs are excellent eaten raw or cooked. Plants are easy to grow. They prefer fertile, well-drained soil. Soak bunches in water for a few minutes, then gently tease apart to transplant individual plants.
