sold out

An early and disease resistant variety that is slow to bolt. Long, thick stalks are sweet and crunchy.

Celery is an easy to grow cool weather crop that takes up very little space in the garden. It is ideal for raised beds, in-ground, or 8-10” containers. Plant in moist, well-draining soil and fertilize every two weeks. Note that side-dressing plants with coffee grounds will inject a helpful boost of nitrogen. Growing stalks can be tied together to keep them from sprawling. Harvest individual stalks from the outside in, when at least 8” in height, or the full plant once a desirable size is reached.

Harvest: 100 days

Plant Height: 30”

Plant Spacing: 10”
