A delicious jade green baby type, extra tender and finely flavoured.

Commonly used in Asian cuisine, bok choy is an easy-to-grow vegetable and excellent in salads, soups or stir-fries. Plant in rich, well-draining soil that is fairly moist, but never soggy. They will benefit if soil is amended with 1-2 tbsp of blood meal beforehand. Plants grow well in ground, in a raised bed, or even a 10-12” container. Refrain from using liquid fertilizers after they have been planted. Harvest when stems turn white.
